BGMI first Verified 18+ Brand-safe by design Season or single event

01 — Why sponsor here

The audience, without the liability.

01

Brand safety that survives legal review

Your logo will never appear beside a bet, a deposit prompt or a cash-game table, because we do not operate any of those. For brands that stepped back from Indian gaming when real-money advertising turned into a liability, a compliant esports property is the route back to the same young audience — and it is a route your own legal team can sign off.

02

An audience that shows up on a schedule

A published season makes viewing an appointment rather than an accident. Open qualifiers pull in grassroots squads and the communities that follow them, and the finals concentrate that attention into a window a sponsor can plan a campaign around.

03

Creators, not just a stream

Sponsorship rides on our signed creators as well as the broadcast. The same spend buys the event and the people talking about it for the fortnight either side of it — in the feed, not only on the scoreboard.

04

Reporting you can put in a deck

Every partnership closes with a post-event report: registrations and teams, matches played, watch time and reach, creator deliverables with links, and screenshots of every placement your brand paid for.

02 — Partnership tiers

Four ways in, from naming rights to the prize pool.

Tiers are built per season and per event scale, and every tier is exclusive within its category. Ask for the rate card and the season calendar.

Tier 01

Title partner

Your name in the tournament's name, everywhere it is written or said.

  • Naming rights on the event and every asset
  • Primary logo across broadcast and lobby
  • Opening, mid-break and closing mentions
  • Creator integrations across the season
  • Named in all editorial coverage
  • Trophy and payout moment presence

Tier 02

Presenting partner

Front-of-house visibility without taking the event's name.

  • "Presented by" lockup on key assets
  • Secondary logo on broadcast
  • Scheduled caster mentions
  • Creator content in the campaign window
  • Social and highlight-reel placement

Tier 03

Category partner

Exclusive in your category — device, telecom, energy, apparel, fintech, quick commerce.

  • Category exclusivity for the season
  • Logo in the partner bar
  • A segment or award you own
  • Product placement with creators
  • Sampling at offline finals

Tier 04

Prize partner

Fund or supply part of the prize pool and be credited at every moment that money is won.

  • Credited in the published prize breakdown
  • Named at every payout announcement
  • Product as prizes, if you prefer
  • Winner content featuring the brand
  • Entry-level route into the season

03 — What you actually get

The inventory behind every tier.

01

Broadcast

Stream overlays, lower thirds, break bumpers, caster reads, and branding on the results and standings graphics that get screenshotted and shared.

02

Event surfaces

Registration and lobby pages, bracket pages, rulebook headers, and — for offline finals — stage, backdrop and player-area branding.

03

Creators & social

Integrations and co-streams with signed creators, shorts and highlight cut-downs, and posts across the tournament's own channels through the campaign window.

04

Content & search

Your brand inside the guides, previews and recaps our editorial desk publishes — the pages that keep ranking and returning traffic long after the final match.

04 — How it works

Brief to report, in five steps.

The process

No mystery pricing and no invented reach. What is promised in step three is what is measured in step five.

  1. Brief

Tell us the audience, the window and the budget band. We come back with the fitting tier and the season slots still open.

  2. Format

We shape the event around the campaign — open qualifier, invited finals, or a branded segment inside a bigger season.

  3. Agreement

Deliverables, dates and reporting written down before anything is announced. Category exclusivity locked in writing.

  4. Activation

Production, broadcast, creator content and community rollout run by our operations team, with your assets approved in advance.

  5. Report

A post-event report inside two weeks: registrations, matches, watch time, reach, creator links and placement screenshots.

Brand safety, in writing

The four commitments that come with every partnership, regardless of tier.

  1. No money games

We do not operate wagering, betting or any online money game. Your placement cannot end up next to one.

  2. Verified adults

Identity and age verified before a player enters. Under-18 audiences are served by PlayPoint, a separate product with separate rules.

  3. Published rules

Formats, rulebooks and prize splits are public before entry, and disputes are decided against the written rule.

  4. Payouts on record

Prize funding is declared and payouts documented — the part of Indian esports sponsors most often get burned by.

05 — Sponsor questions

The things brands ask first.

What does sponsoring a BGMI tournament cost?

It depends on tier, season length and whether the finals are online or offline, so we work from a rate card rather than a single headline number. Send a budget band and the campaign window and we will tell you honestly what it buys — including when the answer is a smaller tier.

Which games can we sponsor?

Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI) is our primary title, alongside other major mobile esports titles with a comparable competitive audience in India. If your brief suits a specific title, ask — the season is planned, not fixed forever.

Can we sponsor a single event instead of a season?

Yes. Single-event title and presenting partnerships are available, and prize partnership is designed as a low-commitment way to test the audience before taking a season position.

Is this brand-safe for a mainstream advertiser?

That is the point of the property. We operate no online money games and no wagering; players are age and identity verified; rules and prize pools are published before entry. Nothing in the inventory places your brand beside gambling content.

What reporting do sponsors receive?

A post-event report within two weeks covering registrations and teams, matches played, watch time and reach, creator deliverables with links, and screenshots of every contracted placement.

Can we work with your creators outside a tournament?

Yes. Campaigns can run through our signed creators independently of an event, or as an extension of an event partnership. Same contracts, same reporting.
